I watched the survivors press conference today.
It hurts.
I was one the first to use the term “thriving survivor” decades ago.
I was told to shut up.
So, I told my story more.
Today, listening, I used yoga techniques to modulate my survivor’s breath.
-My every breath.
Cellular memory is real.
The life of a survivor, is the life of a time-traveler.
A scent. A sound. Keys rattling behind you.
It could be anything.
And… you are back there.
WE the PEOPLE MUST purge PATRIARCHY.
EVERY SINGLE SYSTEM PATRIARCHY MADE
IS TO PROTECT PATRIARCHY.
Not humans.
Not women.
Not children.
PATRIARCHY PROTECTS PATRIARCHY.
PURGE IT.
WE the PEOPLE have the POWER.
